Cancellation Policy

Booking & Reservation A booking is confirmed once the required retainer payment has been received and the booking agreement has been accepted. Availability is not guaranteed until both are completed. Due to the nature of sports coverage, dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Retainer Payment A 30$ non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the final gallery is delivered. Game Schedule & Changes Clients are responsible for providing accurate game information, including: - Date and time - Location - Team name - Jersey number - Any important moments or requests Any schedule changes must be communicated as soon as possible. Cancellation Policy If the client cancels their booking less than 24h before: - The retainer payment remains non-refundable. - Any remaining balance will not be charged. If I must cancel due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, the client will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. If the game is cancelled or postponed due to weather, facility issues, injuries or other circumstances outside of my control, I will work with the client to find a new available date. Arrival & Coverage I will arrive with enough time to prepare equipment before the start of the game when possible. Requests for specific moments are welcomed; however, I cannot guarantee capturing every play, action, or event during the game. Image Selection & Editing I will professionally select and edit the strongest images from the game. The client will receive the number of edited images included in their selected package. Additional images may be purchased through available add-ons. RAW files and unedited images are not included. Delivery Final galleries will be delivered within the timeframe stated in the selected package. Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods, tournaments, or high-volume seasons. Usage Rights Delivered images are licensed for personal use, including: - Social media sharing - Personal portfolios - Recruiting profiles Commercial use, advertising, resale, or use by organizations without permission requires additional licensing. DMProductions retains copyright ownership of all images. Respect & Professional Conduct I am committed to creating a positive and professional environment.
