Cancellation Policy

Booking & Retainer A non-refundable retainer of 30$ is required to secure your session date and time. No booking is confirmed until the retainer has been received. The remaining balance is due after the session unless otherwise agreed upon. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their session at no additional cost if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Requests made within 24 hours of the session will result in loss of retainer. In the event of severe weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, DMProductions reserves the right to reschedule the session to the next available date without penalty. Cancellations If a client chooses to cancel their booking within 24 hours before the session, DMProductions reserves the right to keep the retainer. Any payments made beyond the retainer may be refunded if services have not yet been provided. Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a cancellation and all payments made may be forfeited. Arrival & Late Policy Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their scheduled session. Sessions delayed by more than 15 minutes may result in reduced shooting time. Delays exceeding 30 minutes may be subject to be cancellation and retainer will not be refunded. Image Delivery Sneak peaks will typically be delivered within the timeframe stated in the selected package. Final edited galleries will be delivered within the estimated turnaround time outlined in the package description. Delivery times may vary during peak graduation season. Editing & Creative Style Clients acknowledge that they have reviewed DMProductions' portfolio and understand that all images and videos will be edited in a style consistent with the photographer's artistic vision. Raw, unedited files are not included and will not be delivered. Usage Rights Clients receive personal-use rights for all delivered images and videos. DMProductions retains the copyright to all photographs and video content and may use selected content for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing before the session. Liability DMProductions will take all reasonable measures to provide services as agreed. In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, liability shall be limited to a refund.
